RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Eligibility

All events are open to students from Grades 9–12 except for Tiny Tycoons (for grade 6 to 8) and BizFam Royale (for family groups of 3-4).

Each school may send up to 2 teams per event, except for Inception, Dealbreaker, and Ladder Up (maximum of 1 team per school).
-
Participants in Futurepreneurs, Nexium, Inception, Ad-Venture, and Lancio may compete in only one event.
-
Participants in TREAMx and EconSphere may participate in multiple events, subject to schedule feasibility.
2. Attendance & Reporting
-
All participants must report to Treamis Schools on 9th September by 8:00 AM and confirm their attendance immediately upon arrival.

Bags will be checked at the entry gate.
-
Attendance at the Opening Ceremony is mandatory for all participants.
3. Identification & Representation
-
All participants must carry their school ID cards at all times.
-
Entry bands issued on the day must be worn throughout the fest.
-
Each school must have at least one teacher representative to accompany its participants.
4. Registrations & Team Composition
-
All event registrations for invitee schools will be done online, except for on-spot individual games.
-
Students from different schools cannot unite and make a team.
-
No changes to team members will be allowed after registration.
5. Event Guidelines
-
You must read each event’s judging criteria, rules, and regulations, available on the official event website.
-
All events have fixed time limits; exceeding them may result in penalties or disqualification.
-
For events requiring submissions (presentations, scripts, etc.), materials must be submitted by the stated deadline.

All submissions must be original. Plagiarism or use of AI tools (unless specifically allowed for an event) will result in immediate disqualification.

No offensive, sensitive, or inappropriate content is allowed in any form.
6. Facilities & Personal Belongings

The organisers are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

On-site stalls will be available. Participants may bring extra snacks, especially if they have dietary restrictions.

Refreshments will be provided to all participants.
7. Judging & Disqualification
-
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
-
Failure to adhere to any of the above rules may result in disqualification from the event or the entire fest.
8. Code of Conduct
-
Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
-
Damaging school or venue property, equipment, or materials is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be removed immediately, charged for damages, and their school may face disqualification.

The use or possession of narcotics, alcohol, vape pens, weapons, sharp objects, or any other prohibited substances/items is not allowed under any circumstances.

Mobile phones may not be used during events unless specifically permitted by the coordinators.

Any complaints or protests must be submitted in writing by the school representative within 30 minutes of the event’s conclusion.

All communications will be made through the school’s designated point of contact.

Participants must follow the instructions of event coordinators, volunteers, and security staff at all times.

Loitering in restricted areas (staff rooms, offices, labs, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
-
No participant, teacher, or parent may attempt to influence the judges.
-
Fire exits and safety zones must remain unobstructed at all times.

Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organizing team is not liable for lost or stolen items.

The central help desk will remain open throughout the fest for queries.
-
In case of confusion or miscommunication, the final word rests with the organizing committee.

Schools and participants are encouraged to maintain a clean and green environment throughout the fest. Littering is strictly prohibited. Use the dustbins and recycling bins placed across the venue. Avoid single-use plastics (bottles, cutlery, etc.) and bring reusable water bottles wherever possible.

The venue will ensure accessibility for participants with mobility or accessibility needs. Please inform the organizers in advance if assistance is required.

All participants have the right to feel safe and respected. Any instance of harassment, discrimination, bullying, or exclusion must be immediately reported.

Respect the diversity of talent, ideas, and backgrounds among all participants.
