What Is TreamBiz?
TreamBiz, hosted by Treamis Schools, is a vibrant inter-school commerce fest that brings together young entrepreneurs, innovators, and business enthusiasts. It serves as a unique platform for students to showcase their creativity, business acumen, and leadership skills through a series of engaging competitions and challenges. With events ranging from quirky ad campaigns and fiery debates to crisis management trials, product launches, and stock market simulations, TreamBiz transforms learning into a real-world experience. Beyond competitions, it fosters networking, idea exchange, and inspiration, preparing students to become the future leaders of the business world.

It gives students hands-on experiences to apply their knowledge of marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship in practical ways. Events spark creativity and innovation, from quirky ads in Ad-Venture and product launches in Lancio to sustainable ventures in the Futurepreneurs Expo. Students also build resilience in NEXIUM, sharpen financial skills in Inception, and enhance communication and leadership in ComTrade debates and TREAMx talks. TreamBiz is an excellent CAS activity and a platform to develop the IB Learner Profile. Students apply creativity in designing business ideas, marketing campaigns, and innovative solutions through roleplays, simulations, and collaborative events. With its focus on sustainability and social responsibility, the fest also fulfills the service component by encouraging community impact beyond profits.
